In 1949, one name dominates the headlines: Bruno Groening. Wherever he goes, thousands of people throng from all over to see him.  A film about Bruno Groening is made which traces the dramatic events of the time, with original film and sound recordings, archival material and more than 50 eyewitness interviews. 

Bruno Groening died in 1959, but extraordinary healings are still occuring today.  How is this possible?  The power, which worked through Bruno Groening back then, continues to work.  Most of those who come to see Bruno Groening were not fans or followers, they were sick people who had only one wish: to become healthy, free from suffering and pain.  They want Bruno Groening to help them and he does.
